Dear Parent /Guardian,
Greetings from the Rejoice International School!
Kindly note the following details regarding payment of fees for confirmation of admission of your ward for the Academic Year (AY) 2025- 2026. The admission of your ward is considered completed and confirmed only upon receipt of the stipulated fees through online payment mode /cheque is honoured.
- The fees are to be paid before 5th March, 2025. Please refer to the table shared below for more details.
- Payment can be made via Cheques / Online / Cash in favour of “REJOICE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL” at the school fee counter.
- The first quarter payment, if paid in the form of a cheque should be a current dated.
- It is mandatory that the fees for the entire academic session must be submitted in PDCs for the 2nd, 3rd & 4th quarters.
- Payments must be made for the exact amount stated.
- 10 % rebate on the fees can be availed on paying full year fees before 5th March 2025.
- 5% rebate will be offered in accordance with the School’s Sibling Policy and Single parent policy.
- Please collect the acknowledgement for all payments before leaving the counter.
- School Essentials can be purchased only after the Quarter 1 fees are received.
- Uniform, books, Shoes & stationery to be purchased separately.
- The mentioned Annual Fees do not include transportation, school uniform, shoes, notebooks, textbooks, stationary, cafeteria, picnics and personal sports kits/uniform, expenses/charges for the respective sports for your ward (if applicable), Replacements of ID Card, Counselling or Remediation Programme for children with Special Needs and Behavioral Concerns.
- Annual day costume, inter school competitions, External Exam Fee, Board Examination fee, etc. is not included in the Annual Fee structure.
- No reminder will be sent from school regarding your balance instalments.
- Late payment fee of Rs.100/- per day will be charged for delayed fee payment, so kindly pay within the stipulated time period.
- The Management reserves the right to disallow any student from attending the school or participating in activities if the school fee is not paid within the stipulated time period.
- No letter or certificate for Income Tax or any other purpose will be issued, kindly use the Fee receipts for the same.
- Fees once paid of any kind will not be refundable or transferable under any circumstances.
- The fee counter is operational from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- In case of dishonoured cheques, the same amount needs to be paid by Demand Draft only with the penalty of Rs.500/- added to the amount.
- The balance fee, if any, for the past academic year has to be cleared; else, the fee paid for 2025-26 will be adjusted in settling the old dues.
- Leaving Certificate will be issued after the Academic Year fees are paid in full. (including late fee if any)
- Kindly do not pay fees by Credit/ Debit Card as you may have to bear the charges of 2% on the fee amount.
